Nidhi Virmani embarked on her journey in the realm of business while her peers were still reveling in the joys of youth. Starting out as a sales representative for a renowned Indian multinational pharmaceutical company, she swiftly climbed the corporate ladder, eventually attaining the esteemed position of Zonal Manager within a mere 15 years.

Her early years were a whirlwind of balancing her Master’s degree with the demands of her job, yet through dedication and perseverance, she found herself delving into various domains including HR, training, strategy development, sales, and marketing, thus amassing a wealth of experience. Her innovative approaches even found their way into national strategies.

Amidst the challenges of juggling a demanding corporate career and motherhood, Nidhi realized the need for an after-school program to engage her child in productive activities. This realization eventually led her to establish KidsGro, an early education center, while she eagerly awaited the arrival of her second child. Drawing upon invaluable insights gleaned from the preschool, Nidhi gained profound knowledge in early childhood development and instructional methodology.

The year 2020 presented unprecedented challenges for everyone, and when Nidhi’s playschool temporarily closed its doors due to the pandemic, she saw it as an opportunity for growth. Teaming up with various professionals, she ventured into online services, catering not only to children but also to adults. Embracing the adage "Never let a crisis go to waste," Nidhi transformed adversity into opportunity.

With the seeds of her idea blossoming into reality, Pratibhalaya was born. Initially conceived to serve children in India, the venture rapidly expanded its reach, now boasting a team of nearly 25 teachers catering to students across the globe—from the USA and Australia to New Zealand, Switzerland, Canada, the UK, and the United Arab Emirates.

Transitioning from a brilliant corporate career to a dynamic journey as a mompreneur, Nidhi Virmani’s transformation is a testament to her resilience and ingenuity. Inspired by her mother, whose name Pratibha signifies talent and beauty of heart, Pratibhalaya stands as a shining testament to Nidhi’s vision and determination.

In addition to her entrepreneurial endeavors, Nidhi also serves as a skill development coach, imparting her insights and experiences to others. Her latest venture includes authoring an e-book titled "Beyond Report Cards," which delves into innovative approaches to education and holistic child development.
